Our Holiday Program aims to ensure that all of our clients feel the joy of the holidays, regardless of their circumstances.

Together, we can create a holiday season filled with laughter, love, and unforgettable memories. Imagine the excitement of a child unwrapping a gift and finding exactly what they wished for. We have an ongoing partnership with CTV Barrie’s Toy Mountain in support of our Holiday Program. Each year, CTV Barrie generously helps us spread the word and collects donations on our behalf. Making a financial contribution empowers us to provide for any holiday request that comes our way! Your contribution ensures that every child, youth, and family can receive a special, personalized gift.
If you prefer to make an e-transfer, it can be sent to simcas.finance@familyconnexions.ca with the note “Donation – Holiday Program” in the message.
We also accept donations made by cash or cheque. Click here to find the office nearest you for dropping off or mailing in your donation.
You can receive a wish list to donate based off of requests from the children, youth, and families we serve. You can even specify the ages, genders, and identities of the clients you wish to support for a more customized experience in the joy of gift-giving.
If you are holding a drive or prefer to shop based on items most needed, you can make a significant impact with a bulk donation! Our Amazon wish list will be updated throughout the program with items most needed at the time. You can use it as a guide while collecting or shopping in the community, or conveniently purchase directly from the list and have the items shipped to our head office!
If you plan to collect or shop in the community and drop items off at one of our offices, please sign-up as a bulk donor so we can plan to accommodate your drop-off.
If you’re making an in-kind donation, you can request a tax receipt at the link below. We require proof of purchases to be attached and your tax receipt will be made for the amount spent before tax.
