The Crisis Program exists to support children and youth, in a mental health crisis situation

A mental health crisis could include thoughts of suicide, distorted or psychotic thinking, intense anxiety, overwhelming depression, feeling unable to cope and out of control

Services include a 24-hour telephone response, in person risk assessment, access to appropriate professional and clinical services and supports including hospitalization, where required, and linkage to follow-up services and plans of care.

Services are available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week and linked to trained professionals.
