This is a permanent position. Primary duties include; Receptionist – respond to incoming calls and incoming guests and referring them to the appropriate person or office and/or taking messages; sort and distribute after hours messages left on the General Mail Box; sort and distribute both incoming and outgoing mail for the organization; Service Admin – create, maintain and update records and documentation; organize and maintain physical files; complete required CPIN record checks; computer inputting, scanning and word processing of all types of forms (correspondence, minutes etc.); arrange meeting rooms; maintain departmental statistics, attend team meetings as well as other duties as required. The Service Admin part of this position will work under the broader Resources area supporting the following teams: Adoption, Kinship, Foster Care and Placement.
